For this class, we used a Power Point presentation we have about Natural Family Planning that we use for Engagement Retreats. It is simple, short, and to the point. You  may find it in the Resources section.  Feel free to adapt these ideas to your own needs and available locations.

9:00 am – Meeting place.

9:10 am – Book discussion «Be a Man» by Fr. Larry Richards.

11:00 am – Exercise

11:30 pm – Lunch and continue book discussion.

12:00 pm – Talk 2 “Fertility Awareness and NFP Basics”.  Students were told basic information about Natural Family Planning, its history, benefits, hormones involved, and challenges.In this talk we focus on the benefits of NFP compared to contraceptives.

1:15 pm – Fathers and sons reflexion time.

1:45 pm – Meet again and wrap up.

2:00 pm – End of class.
